Massage Therapy Services

  • Sports / Deep Tissue / Trigger

A massage that targets tissue beyond the surface to address specific muscles causing dysfunction, or limiting range of motion.

  • Relaxation / Recovery / Swedish

The goal of this style of massage is to promote increase in blood flow and relaxation for the tissues and mind.

  • Cupping

Uses silicone cups to suction tissue, encourage circulation, and help mobilize fascia through the movement of the cup.

  • Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)

The use of an instrument to provide a compression force aids in treating a variety of complaints including scar tissue and pain. A heated instrument is utilized.

  • FAT-tool

The fascial abrasion technique is one of the most comfortable compression tools that aid in treating fascial restrictions that can be caused by scar tissue. It induces an inflammatory effect for improved mobility.

  • Myofascial Decompression / Cup Therapy

Plastic cups are specifically placed over tissue points and suctioned into a cup creating a negative pressure. The body part being worked on will actively engage and stretch with the cups on and can be beneficial for areas of tightness.

What To Expect

First time clients complete a medical history and consent form to ensure safe and beneficial treatment sessions. Returning clients will update any changes from the previous session.

Prior to treatment, assessments may be performed to address specific complaints. At this time, modality use and interest will be discussed for use during the treatment session.

During the session, the client may be fully clothed. It is common to remove all clothing, in which case the client will be professionally draped with a sheet throughout the session. Comfort is a priority, and questions are encouraged.

Organic products are used that include: oils, lotions, creams, sheets & blankets for high-quality product use.

Payment is accepted through Cash, Venmo, Zelle or Card at the time of service.

HSA/FSA: if you are interested in receiving a Superbill for reimbursement, you must provide a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from your doctor with your condition name (ICD-10 code), why massage is needed, and the frequency/duration of treatment. Reach out for an example of a LMN for your doctor to complete. Example steps for reimbursement include: 1) Get LMN, 2) Request Superbill receipt post massage session, 3) Submit LMN & Superbill to your HSA provider for reimbursement, 4) Keep records for 7 years for IRS audit.
