The body remembers everything.
Massage helps you remember relaxation.
Meet Andrea Fortunati
Andrea grew up in Strafford, Vermont, a town you may have heard of through Noah Kahan! From being raised in a small town, she dreamed of someday working in Boston surrounded by restaurants, concerts and of course, New England sports teams.
With interest in health and well-being, Andrea has focused her career on working with individuals determined to improve their daily and physical goals that are limited by pain or improper movement. As a licensed massage therapist, she enjoys supporting various clients.
She has worked to help athletes from the recreational, professional and Olympic levels, and volunteers at competitions with USA Swimming.
After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in athletic training from the University of Vermont in 2014, a master’s degree in kinesiology from the University of Connecticut in 2016, and massage therapy from Lotus Professional College in 2023, she has a strong clinical and research background. Her continuing education courses have included: Myofascial Decompression Certification (1 & 2), Graston Technique Specialist (1 & 2), Fascial Abrasian Technique (Fat-tool) for Healthcare Professionals Certificate, NeuroKinetic Therapy, and is currently taking Fascial Distortion Model courses.
Being an outdoor and fitness enthusiast, she spends her free time hiking, running along the Charles, attending fitness classes, and traveling. It is because of this active lifestyle, and her own injury history, that Andrea’s goals to reduce pain, stress, and dysfunction is well matched with individuals who are motivated to improve their health.
